July 4th Menu Rundown

Happy Saturday!

Boy, what a busy week! For the 4th of July we got ambitious and decided to tackle a feast. I didn’t want to spend all day in the kitchen (we had places to go and people to see) so we borrowed a smoker and got down to business. You’ll be able to find the recipes throughout the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled.

Here’s what we had on our menu:

Smoked St. Louis style ribs and two butterflied chickens

Homemade BBQ sauce

Gluten-free hushpuppies served with red pepper jelly

Gluten-free stovetop mac’n’cheese

Green beans with bacon

Cider slaw

Watermelon

My Mom’s Sangria
